With the name of Allah Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Sura 33 (Ahzaab– The Confederates)
*Choose your words wisely*
“O ye who believe fear Allah, and (always) say a word directed to the Right: That He may make your conduct whole and sound and forgive you your sins: he that obeys Allah and His Messenger, has already attained the highest Achievement.”
Speak the truth and do so directly without beating about the bush and ambiguity. Keep to the point and do not wander into irrelevancies. Speak in appropriate words and on appropriate occasions only. Speak to produce the desired effects in the hearer rather than merely giving expression to your own desires. Speak rationally not emotionally nor with a raised voice or aggressively. What you say is to be done in the course of your duty to Allah.
Cross reference Surah 6 verse 152
“…no burden do we place on any soul, but that which it can bear; whenever ye speak, speak justly, even if a near relative is concerned; and fulfil the Covenant of Allah: thus doth He command you, that ye may remember.”
