With the name of Allah Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Sura 38 (Saad)

Verse 4 So they wonder that a Warner has come to them from among themselves! and the Unbelievers say, “This is a sorcerer telling lies!

Verse 5 “Has he made the gods (all) into one Allah? Truly this is a wonderful thing!”

Verse 6 And the leader among them go away (impatiently), (saying), “Walk ye away, and remain constant to your gods! For this is truly a thing designed (against you)!

The above verses further amplify the attitudes of the unbelievers who are relentless in their efforts to reject the Ultimate source of Guidance and Truth.

They made no effort to study the scripture for themselves and then obstructed the path of Truth with emotional language. We find that this attitude persists today as well, even with Muslims who make very little effort to study the Quran and are dismissive of its simple teachings preferring tradition instead. Allah SWT constantly urges us to read and ponder over the Ayah of the Quran and not to be blind followers like people of the past.Cross Ref : 2:121

“Those to whom We have sent the Book study it as it should be studied: They are the ones that believe therein: Those who reject faith therein,- the loss is their own.”

Continues tomorrow…

Salaam/Peace
