With the name of Allah Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Sura 37 (Saad)
Verse 29 “(Here is) a Book which We have sent down unto thee, full of blessings, that they may mediate on its Signs, and that men of understanding may receive admonition.”
Cross ref 7:3 “Follow (O men!) the revelation given unto you from your Lord, and follow not, as friends or protectors, other than Him. Little it is ye remember of admonition.”
The above verses reiterate that the Quran is the only source of guidance. We are reminded to reflect upon the verses of the Quran and to follow it’s teachings as our exclusive guide. Yet despite these clear and precise verses we find that the Quran is either read without understanding or completely ignored. This is the very complaint of the prophet saw on judgement day. May Allah save us from being in this category of people who distance themselves from the Quran.
25:30 Then the Messenger will say: “O my Lord! Truly my people took this Qur´an for just foolish nonsense.”
Continues tomorrow InshaAllah…
